With over thirty-two (32) years of experience, Roger has represented major corporations, financial institutions, small businesses as well as individuals on a myriad of commercial/transactional matters, including but, not limited to real estate closings (commercial and residential) loan closings, leasing, asset acquisition and commercial collection. His experience also includes representing parties in mortgage foreclosure actions and UCC lien foreclosure matters.

Additionally, a substantial part of the practice involves counseling companies in the commercial trade waste industries as to business operations, land use, regulatory matters, as well as purchases and sales. This often involves matters with the New York City Business Integrity Commission (BIC) and Roger counsels individuals, companies and businesses coming under the ever-growing regulatory auspices of BIC.

Roger is admitted to practice law in the state of New York since 1989 after completing his education at the University of Bridgeport School of Law (now known as the Quinnipiac University School of Law) in 1988. He belongs to the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association as well as Queens County Bar Association.
